On April 15, 2026, an open lecture on the discipline “Innovative Technologies for Processing Livestock Products” was held, conducted directly at the meat processing facility of the AF “Kozatska” in the Konotop district.
The lecturer was Volodymyr Ivanovych Ladyka, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, Academician of the NAAS of Ukraine.
The topic of the lecture: “Innovative processes in the field of meat processing on the basis of the meat processing enterprise of the AF “Kozatska” of the Konotop district”.
The event was attended by students of Sumy National Agrarian University, Malyi Vystorop and Putyvl colleges, as well as all interested parties.
The participants had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with real production conditions, modern technologies for processing meat products, and practical aspects of the enterprise’s operation.
