OPEN LECTURE FROM THE PRODUCTION SITE

On April 1, the Faculty of Biology and Technology successfully hosted an open lecture for the course “Innovative Technologies for the Processing of Livestock Products” on the topic: “Innovative development of the milk processing industry for cheese and dairy products, using the “O’BEREG” brand as an example.”

The lecturer was Volodymyr Ivanovych Ladyka.

The lecture was held in the format of an online broadcast directly from the O’BEREG production site, which gave participants the opportunity to see the real conditions of a modern milk processing enterprise and observe the implementation of innovative technologies in the production process.

Participants had the opportunity to gain up-to-date knowledge on modern milk processing technologies, ask questions, and discuss the prospects for the development of the dairy industry in Ukraine.

This allowed participants to gain valuable practical experience and familiarize themselves with modern milk processing technologies.
