From November 18 to December 19, 2025, Sumy National Agrarian University hosted a professional development course titled “Development of Pedagogical Skills of a Higher Education Lecturer”, aimed at improving the professional competencies of young lecturers and strengthening the scientific and pedagogical potential of the university.
The course program included five modules covering the following key topics:
- organization of the educational process;
- quality assurance in higher education;
- scientific and international activities;
- digitalization of educational practices;
- personal development of lecturers and psycho-pedagogical aspects.
Lectures were delivered by both leading scientists of SNAU and invited experts.
Over 50 young lecturers from all university faculties participated in the event, establishing a platform for professional dialogue, experience sharing, and practical skill development.
Upon completion of the course, the lecturers received professional development certificates, and the university gained additional opportunities for developing its human resource potential.
The implementation of this professional development course demonstrated SNAU’s commitment to the systematic development of lecturers’ professional skills and the integration of modern approaches into the educational process. The acquired knowledge and practical skills will serve as a reliable foundation for further professional growth, innovative activities, and improvement of the quality of training for higher education students.
