PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC INTERNSHIP

From October 6 to November 15, 2025, Tetiana Mykolaivna Fomenko, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages at SNAU, completed an international scientific internship titled “European Studies. Learning and Teaching in the World of Technologies” hosted by the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University (Ukraine) and Babeș-Bolyai University (Cluj-Napoca, Romania).

The internship aimed to enhance participants’ professional skills through interdisciplinary collaboration, applying materials from European studies and modern technologies in scientific and educational practices, participating in an international conference, and preparing scientific publications.

Tetiana Fomenko also took part in the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference “European Studies. Learning and Teaching in the World of Technologies” in Romania, held from November 11 to November 15, 2025, at Babeș-Bolyai University (Cluj-Napoca, Romania).

The conference brought together scholars from various cities in Ukraine (Kharkiv, Sumy, Kyiv, Kherson) and different countries (Romania, Germany, USA). During the plenary sessions, conference participants discussed the application of modern technologies in education, exchanging experiences and ideas. The main topics included the use of new learning tools, improvements to the educational process, and practical examples of the successful implementation of digital solutions.

During the internship, the participant had the opportunity to meet colleagues from the Department of Foreign Languages for Natural Science Faculties of the Yurii Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. The Head of the Department, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Olena Vasylivna Mudra, and Associate Professor of the Department, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Tetiana Vasylivna Tonenchuk, warmly welcomed teachers of foreign languages from the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, Sumy National Agrarian University, and the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. During the meeting, they learned about the department’s activities and discussed future cooperation.

Getting to know colleagues from different countries and participating in various events not only enriches knowledge but also creates potential for future collaboration.

Based on the results of the training, Tetiana Fomenko received an international certificate certifying the successful completion of a program totaling 180 hours (6 ECTS credits).
