The Faculty of Biology and Technology invites students, lecturers, and all interested parties to an open lecture on the discipline “Innovative Technologies for the Processing of Livestock Products.”
Lecturer: Volodymyr Ivanovych Ladyka, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Academician of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, Honored Educator of Ukraine.
Lecture Topic: “Innovative development of the milk processing industry for cheese and dairy products, using the “O’BEREG” brand as an example.”
Participants will have a unique opportunity to:
- get acquainted with modern milk processing technologies in real production conditions;
- see the implementation of innovations in the production of cheeses and dairy products;
