OPEN DAY AT THE FACULTY OF BIOLOGY AND TECHNOLOGY: A RECAP

On March 28, the Faculty of Biology and Technology of SNAU hospitably opened its doors for future applicants. The event brought together school students, college graduates, and their parents who strive to link their future with the agricultural sphere and livestock technologies.

The faculty leadership presented the educational programs “Technology of Production and Processing of Livestock Products” and “Cynology,” and representatives of the admissions committee explained all the intricacies of admission-2026, including the peculiarities of the NMT and the availability of state-funded places.

This year’s event was as saturated and practical as possible. Our guests had the opportunity not only to hear about the advantages of studying, but also to personally touch the profession.

Demonstration performances in cynology and a dressage demonstration of sport horses caused real delight.

During the tasting of O’bereg dairy products, applicants evaluated the results of the work of our technological laboratories.

Applicants visited the key scientific centers of the faculty. In particular, they got acquainted with the work of the feed laboratory, where the quality of rations is researched, and the “Hlobyno” laboratory, which specializes in modern technologies in pig farming.

Guests saw the training dairy hall, where students master the processes of automated milking and primary milk processing.

Communication with teachers and students in an informal atmosphere helped applicants get answers to the most important questions: from living conditions in dormitories to employment prospects in leading agricultural holdings of the country. This once again proved that studying at the FBT is a combination of science and incredible practice.

We thank everyone who visited us! You were convinced that SNAU is a space of opportunities where theory becomes successful practice.

We are waiting for you in the ranks of students of the Faculty of Biology and Technology!
