The topic of the meeting was: “TRENDS IN DER FREIZEITGESTALTUNG”.
The meeting was moderated by Yuliia SHCHERBYNA, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages.
During the meeting, the club members discussed modern forms of leisure; analyzed the sociocultural features of recreation in German-speaking countries; and compared them with leisure traditions in Ukraine. This approach contributed to the development of intercultural competence and the formation of a valuable attitude toward cultural diversity.
An important result of the meeting was an increase in students’ motivation to learn German, as well as heightened interest in independent information research and improved communicative skills.
The session not only had educational and developmental value but also demonstrated a modern integrated learning approach aimed at shaping a competent, creative, and culturally aware personality.
