Recently, the Dean of the Faculty, Viktoriia Vechorka, along with the Advisor to the Rector of Sumy NAU, Volodymyr Ladyka, visited the agricultural company “Kozatska” to learn about its craft production of dairy and meat products. For our faculty, this enterprise is not only a successful producer of high-quality products but also a dependable, long-term partner and a key stakeholder in the educational program for training technologists.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for further cooperation, in particular, the organization of industrial internships for students and faculty internships directly at the company. This interaction between the higher education institution and the business sector facilitates the development of modern educational programs that meet the current needs of the labor market and employers.
The active involvement of the company’s representatives in enhancing the educational process is especially valuable. The partners not only provide a foundation for hands-on training but also participate in discussions about the content of educational programs, sharing their professional experiences and perspectives on the industry’s future. Through such collaboration, students have the chance to learn about modern technologies, production techniques, and the demands of the contemporary agricultural sector while still in school.
We sincerely thank the agricultural company “Kozatska” team for their hospitality, openness to dialogue, and many years of support for the university. We believe that further developing this partnership will help train highly qualified specialists in livestock technologies, strengthen ties between education and industry, and play an important role in the successful accreditation of educational programs.
Together, we are shaping the future of agricultural education and preparing specialists who are highly sought after by modern industries.
