He was born on November 14, 1973 in the village of Birky, Zmiiv district, Kharkiv region.
1990-1995 – studies at the Kharkiv Zooveterinary Institute, specialty “Zootechnics”.
1995-2019 – worked at the Poultry Institute of the National Academy of Sciences. He held the position of chief researcher of the Department of Poultry Breeding and Genetics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
2004 – Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, specialty 06.02.01 – “Animal Breeding and Selection”.
2007 – was awarded the academic title of senior researcher in the specialty 06.02.01 – “Animal breeding and selection”.
2015 – defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Agricultural Sciences with the specialty 06.02.01 – “Animal Breeding and Selection” on the topic “Justification and practical implementation of methodical approaches for breeding new and improving existing populations of agricultural poultry”.
The direction of scientific research: selection and breeding of agricultural poultry, population genetics.
