He was born on March 24, 1975 in Kyshyniv city, the Republic of Moldova.
From 1996 to 1998 he studied at the Cherkasy Commercial College.
In 2009 he entered Sumy National Agrarian University as a part-time student on specialty "Technology of production and processing of livestock products", and he graduated in 2013 with an EQL "Specialist".
From 2009 to 2011 he worked as a laboratory assistant in the sector of type assessment of pedigree animals at the Institute of Animal Breeding and Genetics of NAAS of Ukraine.
Since 2014 worked as an assistant, and since 2018 - a senior lecturer at the Department of Breeding and Selection of Animals and Aquatic Bioresources.
In 2017, he defended his dissertation on the topic: "Assessment of the exterior of animals of Sumy intra-breed type of Ukrainian black-and-white dairy breed."
Scientific achievements: author of 44 scientific papers, of 30which in professional journals and 14 abstracts of reports at international conferences.
Area of scientific research: Selection improvement of cattle for newly created Ukrainian dairy breeds with in-depth study of practical and theoretical bases of problem questions on estimation and selection of animals of desirable type taking into account exterior-constitutional features
