CONGRATULATIONS ON THE SUCCESSFUL DEFENSE OF THE DISSERTATION AND THE AWARDING OF THE ACADEMIC DEGREE – DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY!

On June 19, 2025, Vasyl Voloshynov publicly defended his dissertation titled “Productivity and Technological Properties of Meat from Pigs of Danish and Canadian Selection.” This dissertation was submitted in pursuit of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the specialty of 204 “Technology of Production and Processing of Livestock Products,” which falls under the field of knowledge 20 “Agrarian Sciences and Food.”

The academic supervisor for this dissertation was Mykola Shpetnyi, a Candidate of Agricultural Sciences (equivalent to a modern PhD in Agricultural Sciences) and an Associate Professor in the Department of Genetics, Selection, and Animal Biotechnology.
