1992-1997 – study at H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv State Pedagogical University, specialty “Ukrainian Language and Literature, and English”.
1996-2009 – Teacher of Ukrainian and English; EFL Lecturer at Putivl Agricultural Technical School and Sumy Institute of Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.
Since 2009 – Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, and Associate Professor of Foreign Languages Department at Sumy National Agrarian University.
2013-2017 – Postgraduate Student at H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.
2018 – defense of the dissertation “Formation of future agrarians’ sociocultural competence in the process of Humanities study” (specialty 13.00.04 – Theory and Methods of Vocational Training).
Main academic disciplines: “Foreign language (English)”, “Foreign language for specific purposes”, “Ukrainian as a foreign language”, “Communications in the international environment and higher education pedagogy”.
Research interests: methods of teaching foreign languages, innovative technologies, internationalization of higher agrarian education, intercultural communication, sociocultural competence, media literacy, emotional intelligence.
Grant for the implementation of an international teaching and research project: “EU strategies extrapolation for boosting students’ media literacy in Ukrainian HE” (under the Erasmus+ program, Jean Monet Module). The project implementation period: 2022 – 2025.
Advanced training (internship):
Participation in the advanced training program for teachers “Soft Skills in Higher Education: EU Expertise” at National University “Ostroh Academy” within the framework of the grant educational project Jean Monnet Center of Excellence of the Erasmus+ program “Hub of European Solutions” (21.04.2025 – 31.05.2025). Total – 180 hours; 6 ECTS credits.
International scientific internship: “European Studies. Learning and Teaching in the World of Technology” on the basis of H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University (Ukraine) and Babeș-Bolyai University (Cluj-Napoca, Romania). Internship period: 06.10.25 – 15.11.25. Duration – 180 hours; 6 ECTS credits.
