Ostapenko Volodymyr Ivanovych 1954 year of birth
In 1971 he graduated from Sumy state pedagogical institute named after A.S. Makarenko (diploma B1 # 696833), specialty secondary school teacher of biology and chemistry.
Candidate of agricultural sciences since 2004, he defended his dissertation in 2004 on the topic: "Usage efficiency of reserve gene pool poultry in purebred breeding and interbred crossing", (DK № 024020 of 09.06.2004) specialty 06.02.01 - breeding and selection of animals.

Since 2005 till 2014 was the dean of biology and technology faculty.
