1997 - Senior Laboratory Assistant at the Department of Foreign Languages, Sumy State Agrarian University. Teacher of English.
2000 - Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages, Sumy National Agrarian University. Promoted to Senior Lecturer in 2004.
2000–2003 Studied at the Faculty of Economics, Sumy National Agrarian University, specializing in “Organizational Management” with a focus on “International Economic Relations.”
2004–2005 Master’s degree in “Administrative Management” at the Faculty of Economics, Sumy National Agrarian University.
2019 – dissertation defense “Development of Human Capital in the Personnel Management System of Agricultural Enterprises”, Candidate of Economic Sciences.
