Born in 1967. In 1991 graduated from Sumy Pedagogical Institute named after A.S. Makarenko, the Faculty of Foreign Languages.
1991-2001 – Secondary School No. 25, English Language Teacher.
2001-2004 – English Language Instructor of Foreign Language Department.
2004-2013 – English Language Instructor (senior position) of Foreign Language Department.
In 2012 defended the thesis for the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences in Specialty 13.00.01 – General Pedagogics and History of Pedagogics. The subject of the thesis «Activity of International Organizations in Quality Assurance of Higher Education within Bologna Process»
