Born in October 1969 in Sumy. Graduated from Sumy agricultural institute in 1994. From 1992 to 1994 he worked as a junior researcher at sheep breeding laboratory of Sumy research station.
From 1994 to 1997 he studied at the post-graduate school of Sumy state agrarian university.
In 2000 he defended his dissertation on the topic “Assessment of meat and slaughter qualities of local young bulls of lebedynska breed with different genotypes.

Field of research:
Studying of modern technologies of beef production in meat cattle breeding using pastures, reconstruction of existing complexes and farms for keeping animals of dairy and meat direction of productivity.
