In October 2018, the Department of Foreign Languages of SNAU created the approved Pearson Testing Center based on the results of the accreditation and on the basis of the Certificate No. 87331 dated October 12, 2018 issued by Pearson Education Limited (London), the official regulator in England.
The main goal of the Center is to organize exams in the form of oral and written testing to confirm the level of English proficiency from A1 to C1 called Pearson Tests of English General. Pearson is an international exam that confirms the level of proficiency in English as a foreign language. It is trusted by employers and universities in countries around the world, who need candidates that can succeed in real English-speaking settings. The international exam has existed for more than 25 years, and in Ukraine it has been held since 2010 by specialized testing centers, including our University.
This brand-new generation of English language certificate has been designed to meet the practical needs of 21st century test-takers, employers and universities. The Pearson International Certificate is perpetual (unlike many other international certificates).
