SPECIALTY 207 “AQUATIC BIO-RESOURCES AND AQUACULTURE”
The faculty trains specialists of bachelor degree and specialty “Aquatic bio-resources and aquaculture”.
Specialists of this profile are engaged in the organization of production, processing and sale of fishery products.
The list of possible positions that may be occupied by the graduates after graduation: aquaculture production technologist, ichthyologist – fish-breeder of pond fish farm, fish and seafood sales manager, fish farm technologist, fish holding, agricultural advisory services consultant, fishery services specialist, fish farming consultant in state administration bodies and local self-government, inspector of state fish protection management (fish patrol).
Term for the full-time bachelor training based on the compulsory secondary education is 4 years, for the part-time – 5 years. For people with educational degree “junior specialist”, short-term training programs have been developed and operate.
