Sumy National Agrarian University will host a guest lecture by a leading livestock scientist for students of its separate structural subdivisions.
On April 7, 2026, at 11:00 an online meeting will be held with Leontii Khmelnychyi, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences and Professor of the Department of Genetics, Breeding, and Animal Biotechnology.
Lecture Topic: “Assessment of dairy cattle breeds by conformation type”.
The lecture is organized for students of Malyi Vystorop Professional College of SNAU and Putivl Professional College of SNAU.
During the event, modern approaches to assessing the conformation of dairy cows, the importance of body structure for productivity and breeding work, and practical aspects of applying this knowledge in the livestock industry will be examined.
Lecturers and anyone interested in the development of modern dairy cattle breeding are also invited to participate.
