MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF YOUNG SCIENTISTS OF THE FACULTY OF BIOLOGY AND TECHNOLOGY

On March 4, 2026, a meeting of the Council of Young Scientists of the Faculty of Biology and Technology took place, during which the issue of intensifying international project activities was considered.

During the meeting, participants familiarized themselves with the specifics of preparing and submitting a grant application under the Erasmus+ program, particularly for the Jean Monnet action. The requirements for application forms, project evaluation criteria, and technical aspects of working on the EU Funding & Tenders Portal were analyzed in detail.

Special attention was given to exploring how to implement projects focused on integrating European methods into training animal husbandry professionals, introducing innovative technologies into the industry, and promoting sustainable agricultural practices and biosafety in line with European standards.

The event was practical and methodological in nature and contributed to enhancing the competencies of young lecturers and PhD students in international grant activities, as well as to expanding opportunities for participation in European programs in line with the modern requirements of the European Higher Education Area.
