PARTICIPATION IN A TRAINING PROGRAM ON GREEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Olha BERESTOK, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of SNAU, and Maryna BILOTSERKOVETS, Associate Professor at the Department of Foreign Languages of SNAU, took part in the training program “Enhancing Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Strategies for Green Transition and Organisational Resilience for Academic Staff”, organized by the Universities of Alicante (Spain), Saarland (Germany), Primorska (Slovenia), Mariupol State University (Ukraine), META Group Srl and CESIE ETS (Italy), and the Balkan Eco-Innovation Association (Serbia) within the framework of the international project BIKE-HEI (“Boosting Innovative and Knowledge-based Entrepreneurship of HEIs”).

The program, developed by European experts, provides tools for implementing the principles of sustainable development and entrepreneurship into teaching, research, and institutional activities.

During the training, Olha BERESTOK and Maryna BILOTSERKOVETS gained practical skills to support innovation, sustainable development, and resilience in their university, academic, and research work. The training participants learned to understand and engage with innovation ecosystems; they developed leadership skills, the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams, plan and execute environmentally friendly meetings, conferences, and events, and utilize digital and green strategies to enhance research practices.
