STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF BIOLOGY AND TECHNOLOGY SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED NON-FORMAL EDUCATION COURSES AND RECEIVED ACADEMIC CREDIT FOR LEARNING OUTCOMES

Non-formal education is a key tool for self-development, enabling the gaining of knowledge and skills outside traditional educational systems (not bound by place, duration, or format).

The Faculty of Biology and Technology at Sumy National Agrarian University supports students in developing both “soft skills” and “hard skills.” Specifically, the learning outcomes of students in the educational program “Technology of Production and Processing of Livestock Products” (Bachelor’s level) have been acknowledged.

Students completed the online course “Dairy Farm Management,” developed by the Association of Milk Producers in collaboration with the EBRD and supported by the EU through the EU4Business initiative on the AgriAcademy platform, as well as the course “Optimization of Dairy Cow Nutrition Using CNCPS” on the training platform OVCHARENKO DAIRY SCIENCE.

On November 24, 2025, the educational program project group decided to recognize the learning outcomes as meeting the requirements of the educational-professional program and recommended their partial transfer to educational components (courses).
