On October 13, 2025, at the Bio-technology, a guest lecture for students of the Animal Husbandry program (H2) at all three levels of higher education of SNAU, as well as for 3rd- and 4th-year students of the Malovystorop College, and anyone interested in learning about feed production technologies, was held.
The lecture was delivered by Oleksandr Ovcharenko, Director of Progressive Farms LLC, on the topic: “Modern Approaches to Silage and Haylage Production Technology.”
During the lecture, the following topics were covered:
- American Dairy Technology in silage production
- Improving the quality of grass silage and haylage
- Features of organizing the technological process of feed production
Special attention was given to the importance of ensuring access to necessary resources and support as a key element for the successful implementation of modern technologies.
The lecture was conducted in a dialogue format, and Oleksandr Ovcharenko answered all audience questions.
